- each ticket is sold for S$5.00/-
- ticket includes 2 games, shoe rental and transport
- residents are reminded to bring their matriculation card for identification upon purchase of the tickets
- residents are reminded to bring their own socks for the event
- supper at Bukit Timah is at own expense

grouping
- residents are advised to form a group of maximum 6 people
- each lane can consist of max 6 people
- one I/C would be assigned per group

transport
- pickup timing at hall 13: 1915 hours
- dropoff timing at hometeamns: 2000 hours
- pickup timing at hometeamns: 2230 hours
- dropoff timing at bukit timah: 2245 hours
- pickup timing at bukit timah: 2350 hours
- dropoff timing at hall 13: 2350 hours

sale of tickets
- door-to-door sales on 10th and 11th january 2000-2200 hours
- tickets can be purchased personally from amin (social sect) from his room, 63-3-1257
(give him a ring before you head down!)
- tickets can also be purchased from the various sub-commers
- a booth would be set up outside canteen 13 on 11th and 12th january from 1830-2000 hours
- sales would seize on 12th january 2200 hours

note
- residents are to bring along their ticket, socks and some cash for supper
- no dinner would be provided, hence residents are to have their dinner before the event
